Mermaid support includes more than two dozen customer-facing diagram types: flowcharts; sequence, state, journey, and timeline diagrams; class, entity relationship, requirement, and Git graphs; C4 context, container, component, dynamic, and deployment diagrams; Gantt charts, Kanban boards, event modeling, mindmaps, pie, donut, and quadrant charts; plus block, Ishikawa, packet, Sankey, treemap, and XY diagrams. Most diagrams use a `mermaid` fence, and Azure DevOps-style `:::mermaid` containers are also supported. Donut charts use Mermaid pie syntax with configured donut rendering.

Telescopo also supports ZenUML for code-shaped sequence diagrams. A dedicated `zenuml` fence can express participants, aliases and annotators, synchronous and asynchronous messages, creation and reply messages, nested calls, comments, loops, alternatives, optional and parallel fragments, and try/catch/finally flows.

Any rendered Mermaid or ZenUML diagram can be saved as a standalone SVG file directly from the preview. SVG export preserves crisp vector output for technical documentation, presentations, design handoffs, and reuse outside the Markdown document.

LaTeX-style math is rendered with bundled KaTeX. Telescopo recognizes inline `\(...\)` math and display `$$...$$` or `\[...\]` math outside code blocks. KaTeX supports a broad mathematical subset of LaTeX; Telescopo is not a complete LaTeX compiler.
