By downloading, installing, or using Telescopo ("the Application"), developed by Bad Command AI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
Telescopo is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Telescopo on your Mac devices.
Telescopo is distributed through the Mac App Store. Unless a separate custom license is provided, use of Telescopo is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
App Store Version: Telescopo Markdown Studio is available as a free app. Telescopo Markdown Studio is available through Monthly Access, Annual Access, Lifetime Access, and Setapp Membership. Monthly Access and Annual Access renew through the store or billing provider where you started the plan. Lifetime Access purchases include Telescopo access with a single purchase.
App Store purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's App Store terms. You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple account subscription settings.
Setapp Membership access is provided and billed by Setapp. If you use Telescopo through Setapp, your access is subject to your active Setapp membership and Setapp's terms.

Your privacy is important to us. Telescopo processes documents locally on your device. Bad Command AI does not collect, store, or transmit personal data or document content from the app. Telescopo may use TelemetryDeck for anonymous diagnostic analytics to troubleshoot app issues, anonymized errors, and simple purchase flows. We may provide updates to Telescopo through the Mac App Store. Updates may modify or add features and are subject to these Terms.
Telescopo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Telescopo.
You may stop using Telescopo at any time by deleting the application. We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
