Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Telescopo ("the Application"), developed by Bad Command AI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. License

Telescopo is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Telescopo on your Mac devices.

Telescopo is distributed through the Mac App Store. Unless a separate custom license is provided, use of Telescopo is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

3. Pricing & Access

Mac App Store: Download Telescopo Markdown Studio and begin a 7-day trial of complete access. After the trial, you may unlock Lifetime Access with a one-time $49.99 purchase. Lifetime Access provides continuing Telescopo access with a single purchase.

App Store purchases and refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's App Store terms.

4. Permitted Use

You may use Telescopo to:

• View and navigate documents in supported formats
• Use the Telescopo Markdown Studio features available during your trial or active access period
• Install on multiple Mac devices you own
• Use for personal, educational, or commercial purposes

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the application
• Remove or modify copyright notices
• Use the application for illegal purposes

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Telescopo processes documents locally on your device. Bad Command AI does not collect, store, or transmit personal data or document content from the app. Telescopo may use TelemetryDeck for anonymous diagnostic analytics to troubleshoot app issues, anonymized errors, and simple purchase flows. 7. Updates

We may provide updates to Telescopo through the Mac App Store. Updates may modify or add features and are subject to these Terms.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Telescopo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Telescopo.

10. Termination

You may stop using Telescopo at any time by deleting the application. We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
