Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines how to request a refund for each of our products. Refund procedures differ depending on where the purchase was made.

Telescopo & Telescopo Pro Apple App Store

Telescopo and Telescopo Pro are distributed through the Apple App Store. All purchases, billing, and refunds for these products are managed entirely by Apple.

How to request a refund

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with the Apple Account you used to make the purchase
  3. Find the purchase in your transaction history
  4. Select the issue and submit your refund request

You can also request a refund directly from your device:

  • Open the App Store app on your Mac
  • Click your profile picture, then choose Account Settings
  • Scroll to Purchase History and find the transaction
  • Click Report a Problem next to the purchase

Note: Apple reviews and processes all App Store refund requests according to their own policies. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for App Store purchases directly. For more information, see Apple's refund support page.

Telescopo Studio Paddle

Telescopo Studio is sold through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all payment processing, billing, invoicing, and sales tax compliance on our behalf.

Licensing model

Each Telescopo Studio license is a one-time purchase that includes one year of software updates. After the update period ends, you keep the version you have and it continues to work indefinitely. To receive future updates beyond your initial year, you may purchase a renewal license at a reduced price.

14-day refund guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Telescopo Studio, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

To request a refund for Telescopo Studio:

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. Include the email address associated with your purchase
  3. We will process your refund through Paddle within 5–10 business days

You may also contact Paddle directly using the receipt or invoice email you received at the time of purchase. Each Paddle receipt includes a link to manage your purchase and request support.

Please note: Upon processing a refund, your Telescopo Studio license will be revoked and you will no longer have access to the application.

After the 14-day window

Refund requests made after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a refund, credit, or other resolution at our discretion. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss your situation.

Update renewals

Renewal purchases (for an additional year of updates) are also eligible for the 14-day refund guarantee. If you request a refund on a renewal, your license will revert to the last version included in your previous update period.

General

Currency & taxes

All refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase. Any applicable taxes or fees included in the original transaction will also be refunded.
